ListMonk:

For managing and sending our newsletters, we use the ListMonk software, which is hosted on our own servers at OVH in France.

Mailbox.org:

The actual email delivery is handled by our email provider mailbox.org. Only the data necessary for delivery (email address and newsletter content) is transmitted.

4.4 Storage Duration

Active subscribers: Your data is stored as long as you have at least one newsletter subscription
After unsubscription: Your data is completely deleted within 4 weeks after unsubscription
Backups: We create daily backups that are automatically deleted after one week and are only used for emergency recovery

4.5 Unsubscription

You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any newsletter email. After unsubscription, your data will be deleted according to the timeframes mentioned above.
